4x4 acting kinda funny

Hey all, So I don't think my 4x4 is really working a well as it should. It just doesn't feel like its doing too much. The transfer case if fine and same with the hubs. I was wondering if its the vacuum lines (ie: have they rotted). What's the easiest way to check them? thx
