Chris, you got this thing going yet :icon_confused: I've already broke a rear axle, stripped a front axle's splines, broke a rear driveshaft (don't use aluminum driveshafts :nono: and started building a doubler...We need a progress report :icon_thumby:

just wondering but what did you do with all the old wiring like did you take all of the engine bay wiring out?

Yep removed the whole underhood harness. I've got it in the shop with all the loom removed, slowly eliminating all the fuel injection stuff, then ill upgrade the alt. harness, and tie in all my msd dist. and 6AL wires then wrap it back up for that professional look:D

:thefinger:Nope:icon_rofl: I've been too busy playing with my Cherokee. I forgot what wheeling feels like:headbang: I'm finishing up putting a motor back in the jeep which will be done this weekend then its back to the Ranger.

Motor is done though other than waiting on pushrods to come in. I've got the 37s mounted, still need to put my belltechs and chevy leaves in the rear. I'm also on the hunt now for a D44TTB in decent shape :D Im a slacker. Its cold outside and not having a shop does little for motivation lol. Also have boocoos of parts in my parts shed for the next two projects on the ranger once its moving, can't wait to get them underway.:icon_thumby:

Oh and SVT, still got that taurus fan?

Yep, still got it, and soon I'll have two 10" Efans to go with it, real short mounting depth as I'm changing my setup a little...Did you get custom length hoses made, or did you get junkyard length hoses for your hydro setup?? I've found I need longer hoses than what I have...

I'll shoot you a PM in a few :icon_thumby:

But I planned on getting custom hydraulic hoses made from the get go to route the hoses to look clean as possible. I honestly havent even checked to see if the stock ones would work.

Getting ready to do mine, and I knew I only had one line that might be long enough, and I need 2 plus a return line. My return line will be fun to figure out cause it'll be threaded on one end and open on the other. I'll have to look at it again cause the return line on the booster end may have a barbed fitting that I can remove and just install a regular line to it...
SVT

hmmm....I don't think mine has any barbed fittings. what did your booster come from?

2002 Superduty...Gonna run the superduty master cylinder also since I'm running the same calipers from a superduty, it'll be a matched setup
SVT

Oh ok, mines from a cobra. what are the minimum lengths you need each hose to be? I can measure mine tomorrow to see if they are any longer than those from the superduty

Haven't really measured, but one of them will be the same length as yours...from the booster to the gearbox, I need to go from the pump to the booster. I also have another hydro booster that I was gonna use for my dually, but have changed directions with it, so I have that one that I'm no longer gonna use...

Thanks man! Just need to quit wasting time and money on other projects and get this beast rollin'. Yep about 2 or so hours depending on how and what i drive:3gears: Hop on hwy58 and roll all the way over...well unless all the bolts holding your driveshaft fly out:shok: I come over every so often for work and some to see a friend of the female variety at ODU:secret:

so when ya got time to swap a v8 into mine???:D

Well, found another piece of the puzzle on Craigslist today. 15gallon aluminum fuel cell with AN fittings for one heck of a cheap price :yahoo: Should give me plenty of room now to route the true duals:icon_thumby:
