I apologize if this is not in the right category but i wasnt sure where it would fit. A close friend of mine and I were out driving and he was discussing to me an issue that i couldnt figure out. He said when he puts his truck in 4wd hi or low, he can turn the wheel and it starts to jump. The word i would use is shutter like it was bouncing can anyone figure anything? Or maybe whats causing it?

Is he doing it on dry pavement? If so, it's normal. 4wd is not supposed to be used on pavement and he can damage it if he continues to do so.

That's normal, my B2 does it too. it's because you don't have a center differential, the front and rear prop shafts have to move at the same speed, it will make it hop like that in turns.

Normal... If he does it...he shouldn't and if he owns a 4wd, he should know better.

4WD should be used on slick roads or mud/rocks, etc.

Anything that is decently packed, even gravel will cause it to bind.

Keep it up and something is going to give....and I don't mean the tires hopping like they are now... something will break.
