wont ingage, blinks code ,played around with fuses and relays had it working for about a day or two.Was wondering if the gem module would be the issue, not for shure if somthing is wrong with the shift motor but dont believe so.think it might be something electrical.I think ford told me that something in the transfer case that tells it to shift into 4wd is mest up but don't really believe that. The only reason why i believe it is electrical is because the day it all of a sudden started working the shift motor and tranfers case was working fine.Need any advice i can get.

yea that would be very helpfull..

but sounds like a vaccum problem to me( if you have vacuum hubs )

well if its an 2002 from the looks of his profile name "dirtrider02", he doesnt have vacuum hub but rather live axles. it could be an electrical problem in the tcase. however id still keep lookin in the relays since you did get some results fot a moment. if you took it wheelin before the first sign of issues, maybe something (water, dirt) got in the fuse box under the hood. just my 2 cents
