4r55e vs. m5odr1 trany length

I was wondering if anyone knew if the 4r55e and m5odr1 were the same length. I have searched trs, and google and could not find the answer just thought I would toss it out there and see if anyone knew for sure, thanks in advance, James

i know my 4x4 4r44e and m5odr1 were bolt ins with regards to the rear driveshaft, if that helps you. I dont know if you can find length of both the auto's and compare form there.

thanks, I will see if I can find out if the 4r44e and 4r55e are the same seems like last night on serious explorations forums I read they were, I'll start there, Thanks, James
