4r44e to m5od-r1 swap help

I'm swapping my 1998 4r44e to a 1994 m5od-r1 and have a few questions regarding what i need. I Have the tranny, t-case, flywheel, clutch, and slave cylinder with a snipped line on it.
I know i need the master cylinder and lines.
Do i need the whole clutch/brake pedal assembly or only the pedal?
Do i need a new harness and computer?
Since my slave is snipped will i need a new one of those as well?
Anything else that im forgetting? Do any of these need to be from the specific year of the truck or tranny?

Sorry for so many questions, but I've never tackled anything to do with a tranny yet. Any input would be a great help.

needs to come from a (3.0)
you need the hole pedal assembly, computer, trans pig tail but not really needed.

as for your slave get new parts, no point in puting in used parts when you will need to replace sooner rather than later.
