Greetings all,
I have a 1997 Ranger (2.3; 2X2) that has recently decided that passing gear kick down should result in neutral! Yesterday it upped the ante by deciding when hot that drive and reverse should slip immensely, but manually applying 2nd or 1st results in full and proper engagement.
I suspect the EPC or one/some of the shift solenoids, but I need Ohm value ranges to check them. The new ATSG manual I bought doesn't provide them!I don't have access to a code reader for the PCM.
Thanks for any/all help!!
