i know tthe wheel bearings on rangers suck. and it doesnt help that i have 3 3/8" BS with 32x11.5s. so what if i do the swap o the dana 44 knuckles. i know everything is basically better. so besides the knuckles, what do i need? i need calipers, discs? is it still 5x4.5 bolt pattern. and does it push the wheels out nay further?

You need everything from the knuckles out off of a d44 TTB. Knuckle, spindle, bearings, stub shaft, rotor and brakes. You will now have 5x5.5" bolt pattern. As far as I know it doesn't make it much wider at all.
