Hey guys I just bought a 98 4.0L ranger that im going to build into a prerunner. Right now I dont have the money for the Dixon bros kit, this will come in the summer. In the mean time I am going to make a faux prerunner basically a stockish ranger that looks like a prerunner :icon_rofl:

So I am either going to run 35`s or 33`s on a 15x10 rim. I think the 4 inch flare would fit alot better but I like the 6 inch better im just afraid my tire will be to far tucked in. I could run wheel spacers but a 15x10 rim and wheel spacers seems kinda scary lol. Sense stock rim is a 15x7 and im going 15x10 could I pull off a 6 inch flare any ideas? Pictures of your trucks if you have a 4 or 6 inch flare would be greatly appreciated.

6" glass will look silly with the stock track width. That said, you will want to run 6" glass with the Dixon kit. That is what I ran (Dixon/35" tires) and it fit well.
