Did you mean to type "pin 3" instead of pin 13? Or did you get mixed up and ground the wrong pin?Does the pin 3 have to be on a switch or can it be constantly grounded?
I did mean pin 13, and i have not tried manually moving itHave you removed the shift motor to see if it tries to turn to 4-lo? Have you tried to manually shift the t-case with the motor removed?
