The trails look pretty dam good out their!! Wish we had some like that around here. The truck looks really good too.

Picked up some new shoes for the Ranger. 38.5x14.5-16.5" TSL SX's with some stupidly heavy rims (1/4 steel plate). Wheel+tire combo is a good bit heavier than my old tubed wheels/tires/tubes so I am probably going to swap to the tubed rims.

(ignore the mess in the garage packing up to move)

previous owner has no idea what rocks are so the body is perfect

pretty good tread left on two of them the other two ar ea little weaker and cupped from over inflation. Got a fancy new driveshaft in work as well .250" wall built on an explorer shaft.

Fastest way to air them down :p Stems are out this is when air stopped coming out. Drove down the driveway to unbead them.

The new ones are all mounted unluckily one of the tubes is twisted so I am going to have to pop one bead on that one to fix it.

They look nice all mounted up. Even more aggressive than the TSL's.

Looks preety good with the new meats!!

Thanks just got the final one's tube reseated. Right now it sitting with 1200-1500lbs of crap for me moving in the bed so no pics.

Well the tranny is trashed and the tcase is getting tired (stretched chain) and I have decided to move onto a new motor/tranny/case. I have settled on a 6.8L/4R100/1356+205 doubler.

Pics of the transmission/tcase killing incident. OD band blew and while slowing down to pull over on the side of the road front right tire's tube blew thanks to something on the highway and ended up in the ditch.

Yes from everything I can find online it will fit with electric pusher fans. Possibly needing a slight push of the radiator under the core support.

5.4L in this one pic the 5.4L is 23 5/8" long vs 27 1/8" for the 6.8L according to sullivan. That is normal clearance to the firewall and should clear the radiator with an extra 4"

Whats your opinion on your 3link vs triangulated 4 link?

There is more room for a 3 link than a triangulated 4 link in the front. In the rear triangulated would work great if you lack the OE midship tank.

Just picked up my set of tons, gonna be cutting down my rear wheel base and trying my hand at a tri-4 in the rear with air shox. For the front I was thinking 4L, but after seeing yours and realizing there is little room the 3 link looks like it would work just fine.

Ill be using a fuel cell to get rid of that low-hanging OE fuel tank.
Any words of wisdom or suggestions prior to the build? It will be a d60 and 14B 4.56 locked disc all the way around.
