Lifted my 95 2wd with a 4 inch rough country lift. Truck looks good but thinking about adding coil spacers for a little extra lift keep seeing lots of contradicting information about adjusting the stock camber bushings or buying aftermarket camber bushings not sure which way to go, don't want to start working on the truck and not have the right parts, maybe the spacer won't have any effect on my camber any help

I installed a 4" lift on my truck without changing the camber Adjusters, all I did was reset the adjusters and hadn't had any problems with it, but that was pre incident handling.

Off topic story: "SHIT HAPPENS "

I have no other choice now when it comes to getting the front end aligned at a shop. I have to replace/rebuild the front end, I hit a Buck while doing 65 mph. The driver side wheel was driven back 4" on impact which bent the left TTB, radius arm, cross member, and bent the drop brackets The driver side wheel was driven back 4" on impact. It was such a surprise because it was just before Noon on a sunny day, the truck beside me blocked my view of the Deer, he got lucky, he missed it. After it happened, I looked over at him and started laughing. What else could I do, I just kept on going.

Adding coil spacers will definitely affect camber. I’m sure you will need bushings with a bigger range of adjustment. Go ahead and order them.

2" lift on my 97 was enough to go over the limit on the factory bushings. It's close, but not quite. That's on a 2wd truck, but I'd suspect the answer will be the same on 4x4. 1" or less, I'd guess probably not.
