4.6 ranger swap is under way!!!

So it's just the parts collecting at this point. Butttt I think I have collected a lot of the parts already



Fully running and running nicely I might at 4.6 GT I picked up the entire car for only $1800 so I have the engine wiring computers PATS, body mods and even the power leather seats.... this will be a blast!

It will def be a newer body style.... there is an 11 at the dealership down the road but he is really proud of that truck. There is a bumble bee yellow about an hour away I need to go look at. It's an 08. I close on my second house on the 28 of this month. And that's what's funding this build so I have a two weeks to feel everything out. And get the mustang torn down and scrapped.

Married 3 years now. Have 2 new rangers in the middle of v8 swaps. Got my commercial drivers license and drive a bus now. Good to see you bud!

It's an 06, KBB only puts them at 7k from a dealer. He took it to the most expensive body shop in the state. They said 10k to fix it. I know I could fix it for 3. But obviously I'm not paying labor. He was the second owner but the first guy must have babied her. The chrome valve covers are still shiny. I felt bad but he named his price. Lol my WIN !

Update! 13may17

So I have been busy! I have been mushing this project in the middle of a kitchen rehab, but I found a buyer for the rest of the mustang, so I have been burning the candle at both ends. But here she is ready to go. Going to some little work while she's out. New pullies alt, water pump etc etc. just so I don't have to fight it while it's inside. Still looking for headers



And i just got finished driving her home. So now I have the truck too. It's a 99, which is a little older then I wanted to go. But the body and frame are in great shape. And the price was right. But 4door and 4wd. So she's all ready.
