is there an idiot proof (pictures will help) guide to swapping gears to 4.10 on a 03 ranger with a 7.5 rear end, and i did try to search but it appears that i only get one page of results before i get a page not found error

If you have never done it don't do it. Like the guy above said go to Yukons site and see what it takes to do it. You will be surprised at the amount of work that it does take. When I set up a gear it usually takes my 2-3 hours and all the measurements have been taken and it is buttoned up. Then I drive it for 500 miles or less and take the cover off again to see the real wear and put the good grease in it.

Im getting ready to set up my own gears for the first time, but not before i did (and am still doing) a bunch of research on here and else where. ill also be posting pics as i set up my shims and check my pattern to make sure those with more experience can tell me if im doing something wrong.
