I sold my 2002 Ranger to my Brother, and I was looking at getting him something to improve gas mileage. When I had the truck it consistently got 19 MPG, which isn't bad but I know tuning has done wonders for the gas mileage on a lot of vehicles I've had, especially the 7.3 Powerstrokes.

I am also interested in other tuning products that people have used that are compatible with this truck to increase gas mileage. Thanks!
