4.0L OHV supercharger?

I have a 93 Ranger with the 4.0 OHV V6. Do they make a supercharger that will fit the OHV? I've seen them for the SOHC but not the OHV. I'm looking to buy one so any help will be appreciated!

They DID make a supercharger for the 4.0 OHV but they have all discontinued them. I also want a supercharger for my 4.0 swap, but you have to be willing to spend some dough and time searching ebay and the likes for the supercharger. I believe bbk made one, not too sure about any others, but someone on here was selling a BBK supercharger on here for the OHV but it only included the supercharger itself and the lower part of the charger for 600 bucks, idk if it sold or not. Alls i can say is happy hunting and good luck!

Ebay is your friend.

If your looking for some forced induction, you could look into a turbo, there have been a few people successfully turbo charge these motors, both remote and close mount.

How much would you spend on on a vortec kit? its been discontuned for some years now. the only things missing is fuel pump, and an msd timing box. its on my neighbors '93 4.0 ohv

I have been working on a kit for the OHV for a few months now should be out soon. it will start as a basic low cost kit with options so you will not have to fab much

i think they make (or made) a centrufugal style supercharger, idk if thats the one that they have for ohv 4.0 or not...but if you could find it, you could make that work seeing how it doesnt bolt on to the engine itself, but rather a bracket on the pulley system,which you can easily fabricate if you have the right tools, or know someone who can do it for you.
