A 302 V8 intake would be great, with a 302 V8 under it

No, not really any simple upgrades for the 4.0l OHV engine involving the upper intake.
The wiring and vacuum lines would need to be changed even if there was a "better" intake, which as far as I know there isn't.
Others may have better insight for this, and will post here
