4.0l & Np435 & 1356

So I get this is a long shot considering this thread has been silent since 2012, and all the links and pics are no more... Regardless, I find myself in possession of a 94 Explorer wheeler with a dead transmission, a homeless NP435 + 205, and nothing to lose trying to bring the two together.
Needing this exact adapter kit, and wondering if anyone else has done this conversion in the last 12 years and knows of a place to get the setup, or if I'll have to start at the beginning fabricating from scratch?

Any information would be appreciated!
