4.0 swap wiring questions- No power to fuel pump

I swapped a 91 Sploder 4.0 into my 86 B2. I am starting to do the wiring and have a few questions. How does the B2 fuse box get power? Secondly, I have a fused 16ga Orange wire and a fused 18ga Red wire that used to go to the starter relay. What do they do? I dont see those colored fused wires in my schematics. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE!!

Ok, I hooked up the two fusible links to the starter relay where they were originally. Looks like those power the fuse box. I have radio, power locks/windows and all lights.

I figured out which plugs went to the neutral switch and the engine does turn over.

I spliced in the red/green wire so that the EEC and fuel pump relays are powered. Both turn on. However, from ground to the dk green wires out of the fuel pump relay, I only have 6.5 volts, but 12 volts in. I checked at the pink/blk wire on the driver side of the engine and still only have 6.5 volts. I replaced the relay and it made no difference. So, currently I have no fuel pumps...any ideas?? :icon_confused:
