4.0 swap problem

hey i swapped a 4.0 into my 1990 ford ranger which had a 2.9 5spd the donor was a 90 4.0 auto right now everything works but it doesnt try to start. right now im thinking it might be the clutch saftey switch since the wire harness came from a auto 4.0
 
If the engine doesnt even turn over, its very possible that it is the neutral safety switch. Jump it out or hook it up to the clutch pedal switch. :icon_thumby:
 
There is a seperate harness that connects from the engine bay harness on top of the left inner fender below the brake master cylinder.

PRESUMINg you used your original transmission harness and you plugged it into the two connectors (one grey one black) this should not be an issue.
