4.0 super charger vs 5.0 swap

Thinking of going with a supercharger for my 4.0. Instead of a 5.0 swap I think anybody can drop a 5.0 in a light truck and make it bad but how bout just simply adding a super charger to my 4.0 and a few other modifications posible make it better then the ol 5.0 dont get me wrong im a big fan of 5.0 had an 91 f150 and as well a being fun in the mud it sure would scat but it is a new idea to me just think it as tons of fun in a 1/4 ton

Well, since the 4.0 already matches or beats the 5.0 on torque up to 3200 RPM, super charger.

yep it seems like a good idea so im gonna do that and go with bigger injectors and small stuff like that then go from there

Good idea but alot of the reason I dont wanna go with 5.0 is tranny and transfer case will have to be swapped too
