4.0 SOHC head gaskets/timing chains

IMO its fine to run that fan. As long as bearings are good rn.
Is that common to have a new fan be out of shape like that? I know it's the fan itself just a little out of whack and not any bearings or anything so I don't mind running it. As long as it won't kill my water pump prematurely it won't bother me a bit.

Do you mean it's fine to just run the fan forever or run it until I replace it? It's an OEM fan and I'm wondering if the new one will be just as wobbly?

I'm not sure about running forever. I can't see it being terribly out of balance but I'm not an engineer. And I can't see it in person. Personally I'd probably run it as is but I'm a risk taker.
Have you checked the mounting surface for casting flash or improper machining?
