4.0 running like poo!!

Ok so i got this truck for $500 and it's never ran 100% ,there was always a small miss every now and then ... It starts fine But now when i give it heavy gas thats all it dose is miss! i can turn the truck off and on and it well run good or like poo,it's a hit or miss kinda thing ? Any one ever had this hapen?

The parts that have been changed in the last 50000 km
Plugs,wires, coil pack
Fuil filter
All top end gaskits and seals
Air fliter
And i took out all the egr and caped the vacum lines .... About 10000kms ago

Ok i ran seafoam and cleand my MAF and put a new set of plugs and it ran mint!!! For two days now its back .... Any one have any idea?

Ok it's not the TPS, swaped it out with my buddys and still runs like crap..
and i swaped some other plug wires still f all..... Going to do the fuel filter and check the gap on the plugs .... But if any one has any ideas what else i can check let me know!!

Mine ran really bad when the 02 went bad, and coolant temp sensor it also important.
What year is this beast? Mine doesn't have egr.
Make sure the plug wires are on the right plugs. I messed up the order once and it didn't like it at all.
