4.0 Performance

Does anyone know if there are any performance computers out there for the 2001 Ranger 4.0?
A friend recently pickup a nice 2001 Ranger with auto trans and 4.10 gears.
Would like to know if there's a system for the Rangers like the Edge for the F150's.
