4.0 ohv header options

I can't seem to find any headers that will fit my 1999 4.0 ohv engine ranger. I'm looking to upgrade my headers since my current ones are cracked. Any suggestions? I'm also not trying to do much fabrication if any at all.

I am in CA. We face potential jail time for even thinking of things like aftermarket headers.

I tried to order a K&N air filter from Summit and got "cannot be shipped to CA"...this was just a OE replacement filter, not even a cold air intake.

I remember there was one CARB legal headers set for the 4.0 OHV back in the day, forget who made them. This was back when PAW still existed.

Are you replacing the exhaust manifolds or a set of aftermarket headers? Doorman makes a good replacement exhaust manifold, easy to get ahold of.

When I lived in Orange county, I drove a few miles south on The I-5 to The JBA warehouse and bought their CARB legal headers for my 2.9l, no problem. At the time JBA, Edelbrock, Pacesetter and Borla among others, each made a couple models for our 4.0l.
