4.0 interchange question

Hi. Not sure if this has been covered or not but I cant find anything. I have a 04 4.0 the timing chains have rattled since I got it last year. Never any more and never any less. Mostly just at start-up. Anyhow, I have found an 08 in a u-pull it yard that was rolled. Not a bad roll but a roll none the less. My question is would it be a bolt in and plug it in and go or would there be some wiring issues? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Guess I should have mentioned that my gut rumbles every time I start it and wait for the inevitable chains making an exit strategy. That's why I found a newer engine with the "solved" chains and cartridges
