I have a 1994 ford ranger 4.0 v6 and I’m in the process of replacing my fuel injectors. Upon inspection I realized that the holes where the injectors sit were dirty so I removed the intake manifold to clean. When I was inspecting the gasket (only about 6 months old) I don’t see any cracks or breaks in it could I reuse the gasket or am I going to have to replace the hole thing.

You can reuse it, only had 14-16ft/lb torque

You do need to redo the RTV on each end
And I also do light RTV around the 4 coolant passages at each corner of the manifold, both sides of gasket, also holds it in place

You can install the fuel rail and injectors on/in the manifold before mounting the intake, can make it easier

not sure if you have re-installed yet or not, to add a bit of ease to placing in the injectors, you can give the rubber injector seals lube with dish soap/ liquid detergent. this won't harm anything and will make it easier to slide the units into place as you need to do the rails as a team.
