4.0 header flanges

I have a 4.0l OHV I am making my own set of headers. I am having problems locating just the flanges. I have a couple places that can make them for a reasonable price but the time frame has been running in the months long time frame (way too long).

Question #1 does anybody know of some place that has these off the shelf.

Question #2 i see lots of headers for later model rangers availible, are their head ports the same? I have a 93 4.0 what year headers will bolt up to mine? Keep in mind i will not be using the piping part just the flange that bolts to the head.

Any thoughts?

nevermind, got a place thats knocking out a set of SS ones for me in a couple days.

I would like to attempt making my own headers too. Where did you find the cad files or can you give me an address or a way to contact whoever it is I need?

honestly what i did was went to napa, bought their cheapest manifold gasket they had ($6.96pr). I then took that to a local company that does water jet, and laser cutting. i asked them to cut me out two using the gasket as a template. not to terribly hard. I made a few minor changes off the gasket as far as how bolt holes were slotted and such. they said as long as they were straight not tappered they could make them. A co worker of mine had a bunch of VW parts done here. they came out very very nice
