alright the truck is a 1994 ranger 4.0, it has the 3 in intake that theres instuctions for on this site. It has both cats knocked out, and installed a 45 and enough piping tand about 2.5 feet after the cats it was choped off, and enough piping to get out the side.

Well recently it has been having some problems....
1.Oils milky
2.It hesitates almost every time i start it....warm or not...its does it worse cold until it warms up...
3.It also has poor throttle response when warm....sometimes
4.Gas millage sucks

What ive done to try to fix it:
1.The oil i belevie can be a blown head gasket?
2.Hesitating cold i tryied replacing the colent temp sensor(got little better)
3.Throttle response somtimes i tryied clean maf, and throttle body.
4. complete fuel system cleaning

Please i Need some imput....im thinking one thing is causeing all of it

If all of the oil is milky the engine has probably seen better days.....good reason for it to not run well.

yes true, but all of this started probly about a month before the problems started

thats what i was think but wasnt hoping was the problem........but would a compression test tell....since its more then like between the cooling and oil passages......about 3 mounths ago i lost the belt tensioner pully about 2-3 miles from house so i just took it easy home.....but it did get real hot by the time i got home

try taking a look around the head gasket. check for signs of leaking antifreeze and sure do a compression test for good measure.

well to me it sounds like its pointing torward head gasket, but theres no liking anti freeze, but the again i dont use anti freeze cause i live in florida...but no signs of the rustyish water leaking

yes a compression test will almost always tell you if you have a bad head gasket. But if you have water in the oil the motor needs to be taken down either way.

poure water, never seen aNY OTHER REASON for always using it

^Funny guy. You use tap water too don't you. Antifreeze is not only antifreeze. It has glycol in it which is imperative for keeping the water system lubbed up. Even in Florida you should use at least 25% coolant and distilled or reverse osmosis water.

yeah, exactly. unless your using distilled water or RO water like Broaner said, put whatever kind of water your using in a glass and let it evaporate. see the white stuff left after the water disappered? that's calcium deposits. same thing is basicly building up in your cooling system.
