I have a 94 2wd Ranger with a 4.0 auto. I bought a 93 4x4 Ranger with a 3.0 auto. I know the bellbousing is different between the 3.0 and the 4.0. Will the 4.0 bellhousing/torque converter fit the 3.0 transmission?

Sorry for the elementary question but I am a recent GM convert.
