I have a 94 4.0l explorer 4x4, if Im swapping in a 4.0l 4x4 M5OD, will the old A4LD block pate work in front of the new flywheel? Its 4.0 to 4.0 with the same starter. Thanks.

Junkyard, maybe get lucky on eBay, or the want ads on here. 90 up Ranger w/ 4.0, 91-probably '01 Explorer are your donor vehicles. I don't know when they stopped using that part but I'm guessing up to at least 1997 is very safe.
