3v 05 Mustang heads on 03 Ranger 4.0L

i'm assuming you mean 4.0l 05 mustang heads

the mustang 4.0l and the ranger 4.0l are 2 entirely different engines

my guess would be no they won't fit

2005+ Mustang 4.0L SOHC Engine is the same motor that has been in Explorers since 1997 and Rangers since 2001.

3V heads would be off the modular V8 Motors. The 4.0L Motors are V6 and 2V.
