3in suspension max spindle lift for 2wd question

sooooo im lifting my 2wd 2004 tiny cab, and i had a question on suspension maxs spindles......

this is what im thinking about ordering,

its a full lift kit but this is my question.....
why do the spindles in the kit look different from the spindles that are sold "separately"??? ill how the link here

is this just the picture or am i just freaking out?

it's the picture. the full kit is for a 4wd truck.
