.394 for gas

I just want to tell everyone that "what goes around comes around" crap is wrong. haha. Last night this kid was walking around out front of the store i work at looking through the ashtrays for a cig to smoke. I see this and ask him if he wanted one, gave him the rest of my pack, and took 3 steps, twisted my busted ankle on the curb and fell on my a$$. hows that for karma? :black_eye:

hahahah, nice one, but how old was the kid?

and personally I dont belive "what goes around comes around"

I dunno probably early 20's. old enough to smoke, not like i was giving a 12 year old a pack of smokes or i would've deserved to eat it. haha.

I think it really comes down to honesty and respect. I think we've all probably been in some type of situation like this before. For me, if I was dealing with a machine that malfunctioned, I would probably pocket the cash and not think twice about it. But, this is a young kid who made a mistake, for which the consequence could be of any kind, and another person who had the power, and moral responsibility (imo), to fix. I certainly don't think it's something to bash V-8power about, but I also don't think it shows good moral character to take advantage of a young person's mistake. Has anyone ever "saved" you from a potentially embarrassing mistake at work, or elsewhere, and you thought "there really are good people still".

What would Thoreau do?
