im debating whether or not to put 33's on my truck...i found a set of 33x12.5r15's for a good price but im not completely sure how they would fit, does anyone have pics of new gen. rangers with 33's with no real lift besides cranked torsions?, im running the aftermarket torsion keys (i know, mistake..) but in theory i got 2 1/4" lift out of them, also AAL in the rear, thanks

That won't be enough. You will need at least a body lift (and say goodbye to the tow hooks) and 15x8 wheels with 3.75" backspace to fit 33x12.50-15's. The rear AAL is fine but it doesn't really matter, the front is the problem.

lol, ive seen it done tho, one of my buddys is running 33x12.5 on his 98 mazda with just a torsion crank...and my ranger sat a lot higher than his to begin with

and i have 15x8 black rock crawler rims...not sure the offset...running 31x10.5's right now and there not outside the fenders...

i have 265/75r16s on my 2009 with cranked bars, tires stay tucked BUT they do rub in the rear at full stuff. 33s you will no doubt need a body lift.

i really dont do anything too extreme, just mild offroading, mostly getting stuck in mud, i stay away from rocks, mostly its just swamps i end up in

i had a 3in suspension lift on mine and the tires scrubbed on the front when i turned it about halfway.....i threw on a 2in body and they clear easily....you may be able to get away with just a 2in body and a serious t-bar crank.

I have seen plenty of people get away with 33's and just a t bar crank. I plan on doing it to mine this summer, well except I'm doing a T bar crank and 1" BL and only running 10.50 vs the 12.50's. I like the height not the width. plus the width is what gets you because it sticks out farther. Heck I could probably fit 33's on my truck as is, it has enough space...

id go with a 33x10.5r15 but there hard to come by, i think the only brand that ive seen is bfg that makes them

Sure, you can probably get them on there, but once the suspension starts traveling (a sick joke with IFS, I know. :icon_twisted:) The 33's will start rubbing and denting your fenders...
