Whats up guys? I read that if I get 33x12.5 wrapped over 15x10 rims along with McNeil's 6in fender flares I won't have to do a suspension lift. Is that true and if so would it be in my best interest to get a lift any way, possibly a 2in or 4in?

with enough cutting you can fit just about any size. the problem comes in suspension travel and wear and tear on drive line components. upgrading the suspension will get you the necessary heavy duty support for those big tires and wheels and at the same time, allow for reasonable wheel travel so you can drive it where you want. and of course a change of axle gears will be needed to make it a decent driver. just my $.02

Prerunner fenders 'should' allow you to fit 33's with little to no lift, but being you are 2wd, a bent beam setup would be cheap and simple. Search dezert rangers and some other prerunne'r oriented ranger sits For Sale section for what you'll want.

With flared fenders front and rear you should easily clear 33s with no lift. Ive got 2 inchs of lift and can easily fit 35s with room to spare.
