can i fit 31x10.50 LT tires on a 2WD stock ranger?? i have 15x7 wheels with 225/70 tires, but i want to get a mean look, so i want some LT tires, can i fit them without trouble?? also i plan on getting some fender flares if the tire is more wide than the 225/70

thanks!!:icon_thumby:

you wont need fender flares unless you get new rims with a huge offset or you want big tires with no lift and that by the way would look terrible, your gunna need at least 3" of lift to clear 31s with no rubbing issues

Here is a couple pictures of my 2005 Edge. No trimming, no rubbing, no problems, just happiness.:icon_thumby: If you have any questions, let me know

thats what i want to do in my truck, a bit more lifted and some BFg's to give it more attitude :)

yours is so cool

These are another members pictures that I saved, I can't remember who's.

They are reported to be 31x10.50 R15's on a stock 2wd GenIII.

Amen on the more lift!!:icon_thumby: I have the kit, just waiting to put that baby on. The BFG's do make it look more agressive. Get a lot of compliments on how they look with the truck. The ladies love em as well:icon_thumby:

oohh i see thanks for all the help guys :) i think im gonna lift it a bit, and then decide between the 235/75 and the 31x10.50 tires, but i have tu burn my tires first lol!!

just put some 31 10.5 15 tires on my stock 94 2wd yesterday. They rub when i've got the wheel fully locked. I think they are rubbing on the inner fender wells. i'm thinking a couple zipties will fix that.
