31 inch tires on a stock 1998 ranger

Hasn't this question been beat to death yet?? There are oodles of threads on this and other tire fitament stuff, plus there is a search feature.... Of course, most of that is in the tire and wheel forum.....

Yes, 31" tires will fit. Yes they will fit on stock rims. They shouldn't really rub (if they do it will be minor). The biggest thing to worry about would be your gear ratio along with what engine, trans and tire size was stock - but mainly the gear ratio. You'll want 3.73 or 4.10 gears. Not sure what gears you have? There is info on finding that out in the tech library.

^^^What he said....ahhhhhhhhh...I hate people who not use the Search function....Hey!! I know..lets do away with the search function....why not?.....Nobody seems to use it...lol

Will a stock 94 ranger fit inside a U-Haul truck with spinners? I used the search function and couldn't find anything

Check the tech library....

Or ditch the spinners..... :tease:

Should I tack weld the ranger to the box truck? I'm also thinking of putting a big block in the rear and hooking up a electric fans to my stereo. Also, Ranger Kip from the Focus Grill Guard thread did my welding. It should be sufficient

Now I suspect you of mockery.... :tease:

It's hard to keep answering the same questions all the time..... but I do remember when I first started there was just so much on the page that I missed seeing the search button for probably the first dozen times I was on......And I didn't find the tech library for a few months...... And I didn't see the magazine until a full year was up! Lots of good tech in the magazine too. What I'm trying to say is take it easy on the noobs, there is an awful lot to absorb on this forum.
To the OP [original poster], keep asking questions, just look first.
Good luck,

Richard
