Hey guys, I finally got a 302 engine, and I want to put it in my 96 ranger. I am going to take out the 2.3l 4cyl. What do I have to do besides having to change the mounts? I know that I need headers and exhausts. I here that it will mount right to the original tranny! is that true? What else will have to be done?

The names not Frank, try again , but as far as I know the 2.3L tranny will not bolt up to the 302, and is the v8 efi or carb'd? You will have to modify the heater box because it'll interfere with the valve cover.
