Anyway both the heads and block are at shops. The heads went to a specialist on monday, which should be done this week hopefully. I just took the block, crank, mains, rods, and pistons to an engine shop today. The are going to tank and magna-flux the block, clean everything real good, replace all freeze plugs, cam bearings, main bearings and rod bearings. They are also gonna mic the crank and polish it, and hone the cylinders. Overall the guy said it looked to still be in good condition.
So hopefully by the end of next week or beggining of the next it should be done and ready to rebuild.
