302 ranger build questions

New here so i hope i dont post in the wrong place. Ok so I'm building a 302 to put into my ranger. My problem is I got the engine free and need an Ecu and harness. The problem I'm running into is which Ecu to use because it will not be a stock rebuild and I doubt any of the ford 302 came with 11-1 compression. So does anyone know which ford 302 Ecu can be chipped for this or if their is an aftermarket Ecu programmer that could bump my fuel up and adjust my timing.

Ok I went to the junk yard today and pulled as much of the wiring from a 96 f150 that had a 302 does anyone know if this will work? My engine is from 1990 same as my truck
