You ought to see if he would take like 7 or 8 hundred as a package deal. Looks decent to me.

I had a '73' rebuilt a couple of years ago, I supplied the the cam and it ran over $700, short block only. Sounds like a good deal to me. Check out all the details that went into the build.

Well I paid $900 for a similar mileage 2.9 rebuild, so I'd say go for it, if you want a 5.0.
