302 motor swap

I currenly have a 93 splash with the 4 cylinder. I am buying a 1983 ranger w/ a 302 in it. It has a 9" rear end, with an automatic c-4 trans.
I was hoping to find out if i am going to have any issues swapping the motor and trans. into my 1993 ranger?

If you don't have "issues" then you'll be the first. Might be easier to swap the bodies on the frames
