3 week boredom project

I have about ten in the basement along with a whole HO train town and cars and such. A long long time ago my grandpa gave me a model car that was so kick a$$. it had actuall springs and moving suspension and all i remember was how real it was, but someone threw it away one day. If anyone knows of a model lambo or ferrari like this let me know! i want to do another as real as that one was.

I've been searching my ass off for a Gen 2 (preferably) Ranger, I want to rebuild my old truck, the cheap way, and hopefully I wont roll this one. I've found a few Generation 3's and I've seen a few full sized Bronco's, and such. I've just started this, and I'm actually enjoying it, however, after I finished with that last one, I realized my problem, I have no space for it. I'll have to build a shelf or something, lol.

This F150 I'm doing now, I'm thinking about moding it somehow. I was reading on that BMC site about how to make taunno covers, and diamond plate tool boxes and the likes, theres some real good ideas there, I might have to try one or two out. Hmm...to lower or no to lower?

Also, I'm all for the Model thread, that would be a cool addition to the site.

if you look really hard (sometimes it isn't that hard) you can find the first gen explorer by lindberg, I have two of them, one partially started by what looks like a 4 year old...

I have like 30 unfinished models back at my mom's, some in various stages of completion, I'll get back at it one day... or save them for the kids
