I just bought a 3 in. body lift for my truck but once i looked at my junk i noticed that the cab has a 2 in. body lift on it. I looked at a couple different rangers and noticed most 1990's have the same thing. I'm guessing it's stock but how the hell do i put a body lift over that sob.

It isnt a body lift... Its your body bushings...

:icon_idea: RTFM.

You're supposed to sandwich the lift blocks between the cab/bed and those rubber mounts (frame).

well im glad i checked out thes thread cuz if i would decide to put a bl on my truck and saw the bushings, id be like WTF?

I'm usually good at figuring these things out but I struggled with this one.
My best guess......RTFM = read the manual?

Yes, but while most people might mean it in a rude, insulting way I meant it in a polite way. Sorry if my post sounded rude!

There's also the two write-ups here on TRS, in the Technical Library, that will help, complete with pictures. :icon_thumby: Top of the section, in the middle.
