3" front coil drop questions

If anyone out there has used 3" drop coils I was wondering if I had to do anything other then install the coils and maybe cut my bump stops already did a hanger, shackle flip in the back also wondering since I've Flipped the shackle can I just use a 2" lift shackle to lower more now?
