3" body lift

Can anyone tell me why I can only find the 3" body lift? I have a 97 extended cab 4X4 4.0, and I like the Pre-Runner look and would like to do the 20" atx mojave wheels on 33" BFGoodrich AT's using Cut-out Bushwacker flares. Are there clearance issues with the 2", and they just dont make them for 97 Ranger? Thanks for any info.

You should look into a proper suspension lift kit, just lifting the cab is not a good idea.

I am going to replace my cab rubber spacers with poly of normal size, then eventually go for the 3- 4" lift kit with radius arms.
