3" body and 3" lift Questions

Im looking at getting a 3" body lift and a 3" suspension lift and im wondering i plan on getting a flat bed trailer to haul around for work, will the lift kit hurt the hauling of a trailer?

just get a drop hitch that has enough drop so the trailer tows level

The body lift also will not affect the height of the hitch.

Ya i realize but this is my 1st truck, thats a 4 wheel drive that i enjoy. Id love to keep it cause its a great little truck on gas and it seems to tow pretty good specially with the 5 speed. Anyone know what the tow capacity of a 03 xlt short box is?

the lift wont effect your towing capacity but putting bigger tires on definitely will, it takes more power to turn bigger tires and it "raises" your final drive ratio.

Ill probably keep the same tire size so thats not a problem. Anyone have any pics of a 3" body and lift kit installed?

here is a 3" body lift only, and heavy duty coils in the front. no lift kit though.
