3.3 morana kit turbo questions

the last set of champion plugs i seen were installed in a kawasaki ex250 ninja, the cylinder pressure of 10:1 caused the porcelain to chip and fall into the cylinder, eating the rings and cylinder walls to pieces, nothing personal but im not putting champions in my engine. theres a reason they are in 8:1 briggs and stratton lawn mowers and not 10:1 mustangs. ngk and nippon denso is what all jap motorcycles and atvs run stock, a lot of your ignition upgrades are also made by denso and ngk, run great in import cars. i think ill try those options. thanx for the advice. ive seen msd ignition failures first hand. i realize that there is a problem w/ some of the units. herein lies another problem, what isnt made in china anymore? 3/4 of everything in the u.s. has been outsourced one way or another. a lot of motorcraft products are made elsewhere. i have no problem w/ chinese parts on most things, just not something that i need to swear by, ignition wise im going to look at accel, motorcraft and possibly ngk/denso. thanx for the info. onto the next thing...boost electronics. i know you have to have boost blowoff timers and all that, any advice on what i need to look into here? thanks again for the posts.

There is no such thing as a boost blow off timer. Theres a few good books about turbocharging that you can read that will help you out alot. There is also tons upon tons of info about turbocharging if you take the time to doa quick internet search. Heres TTFs turbo info guide http://www.theturboforums.com/turbotech/main.htm You have alot ot learn before you dig in.

As far as the champions breaking the porcelin that was most likely due to spontaneous combustion that can break any plug no matter who makes them.
