Its the exact same thing as the regular 3.0 except it can also run on E85.
Pretty much. Technically though, the flex engines had slightly smaller combustion chambers that gave a tiny boost in the compression ratio. And they had larger fuel injectors than their standard fuel counterparts to handle the e-85.
